When Mario attacks Natalia again she is transferred to a hospital in Madrid with serious injuries. There she meets Doctor Engel, a handsome and attractive German, with a Spanish mother, who is willing to help her. When the doctor discovers that it is a case of domestic abuse and that the life of the girl is in serious danger, he convinces her to leave her aggressor.
