Malachite, The Winds of Fate marks the first installment of the three part finale in the Malachite Saga, titled The Dark Conductors. This action packed middle grade adventure follows Buxy Brown and his team—Roy Realms, Achilles Foster, and Rose Merriwyn—on a perilous quest to locate the first of three magical conductors belonging to the sorcerer Lord Velkrom. To save their world, the group must embark on a dangerous journey through time. Their mission brings them to 1912, where they find themselves aboard the RMS Titanic. As they navigate this historic setting, the team must confront the unpredictable nature of time travel and the looming threat of irreversibly damaging the timeline. Buxy, known for his humor and grit, must lead his friends in a race against time before they lose their chance to return home.
